Our Story

With a background in Architecture and design and an obsessive passion for all things food, 'The Copper Whisk' was born.

From small beginnings in specialty cakes, the passion has grown and the vision has broadened for the company to offer a complete sweets catering package for events. In addition to custom cakes, The Copper Whisk has now expanded to include a broad range of sweets for dessert tables and platters in the Brisbane area.

All our cakes are scratch baked and sweets handmade in-house from the curds, coulis and chocolate embellishments. We use local, fresh and ethically sourced ingredients, use no added preservatives, and always maintain the highest standards.
