We are sure you will find your perfect celebration cake in our list of flavour combinations. We are passionate about the inside as well as the outside of the cake. All our cakes and fillings are scratch baked from fresh seasonal, local and ethically sourced.
We use Swiss Meringue buttercream for all our cakes. It has a velvety smooth texture and is less sweet than your traditional bakery style American buttercream. Our cakes are finished with white or dark chocolate ganache or Swiss Meringue Buttercream. All flavours below are adaptable to cupcakes.

All our buttercreams are Swiss meringue based and made with pasteurised egg whites. The egg whites are cooked through and are not raw.
