Artisan cake flavours

We are sure you will find your perfect celebration cake in our list of flavour combinations. We are passionate about the inside as well as the outside of the cake. All our cakes and fillings are scratch baked from fresh seasonal, local and ethically sourced.

We use Swiss Meringue buttercream for all our cakes. It has a velvety smooth texture and is less sweet than your traditional bakery style American buttercream. Our cakes are finished with white or dark chocolate ganache or Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Flavours

Lemon Raspberry (dairy free option available)
A butter cake with punchy berry and citrus flavours.
Lemon and raspberry cake filled with house made berry coulis and Lemon swiss meringue buttercream.

Hummingbird (dairy free option available)
A  butter cake with ol' school bakery flavours (please note that this may not be suitable for some cake designs).
Banana and pineapple spiced cake filled with vanilla bean and cream cheese flavoured buttercream and a caramelised walnut crumb.

Earl Grey Tea
A  fruity tea infused butter cake.

Oreo style Chocolate
A rich Oreo inspired chocolate butter cake (please note this is an intensely dark coloured cake - no food colouring has been added).

All our buttercreams are Swiss meringue based and made with pasteurised egg whites. Egg whites are cooked through and are not raw.
